Three professors from the International Institute of Disaster Science, (IRIDeS) Tohoku University, Japan, Dr. Murakami, Dr. Yuki Yashi, and Dr. Ono Jin, visited National Dong Hua University for a short briefing on the earthquake that occurred on February 6th, 2018. Professor and vice director of the Earthquake Research Center, Dr. Yan Jun Yi received the visitors and presented the preliminary results of their analysis on the disaster. They also discussed the construction and fault damages that was caused by the disaster. They also shared their unique experiences on earthquake disaster prevention.
