Professor Wang Wen qing , director of the National Taitung University (NTTU) Disaster Prevention and Technology Information center, and his team members have academic exchanges with NDHU's Earthquake Center's members. Director Zhang Wen-Yen introduced how the center is operated, shared the function of an early warning system and taught how to retrieve real-time seismic data. Director Wang also gave a detailed description of the ongoing plans on disaster prevention methods and rescues of the center. Both groups of team members enjoyed a thorough discussion between experts and scholars.
